Economic strategy

This is the game where You can manage breweries and plantations,
where you can produce THE BEER. This is the game where your
"BeerDreams" become real.

Game features are:
- Managing the brewery.
- Laying the beer recipe.
- Design of a graphical logo of our product.
- Conducting research in technology.
- Market research.
- Gaining the reputation of the brewery.
- Water drilling.
- Production of beer (malt-house, brewhouse, storage cellar)
- Sales of beer in the selected region.
- Participation in the beer festival.
- Managing the plantation.
- Buying / selling of land.
- Carrying out various works on the plantation: plowing, sowing,
construction of roads, etc.
- Transport the collected materials between the plantation
and the brewery.
- Machine management (purchase, sale, upgrades).
- Staff management.

        DETAILED DESCRIPTION
1. BEER - QUALITY
To achieve success in the game , You have to produce large quantities of beer of very good quality. The quality of beer
is affected by:
- Competence of workers.
- Number of employees.
- Water quality.
- Quality of yeast.

2. BEER - TRADE
Each region of the game has a favorite type of beer (changing in a year). The more matching beer are sold in region
the more it sells. Beer sold inferior quality causes a decrease in the reputation of the brewery. Likewise like sales of beer
by inflated prices. In poor areas, you can sell worse quality beers, is not so much affect on the reputation as the sale of
such beer in prosperous regions. Price of beer sold in the rich region may be higher than in poorer ones.

3. BEER - RECIPES
Initially, we can produce one type of beer. To be able to produce more kinds of beer, you must research new types of
barley malt.
In recipe is also important the content of the extract, that affects the alcohol content. Designed logo does
not affect
the sale.

4. BEER - BEER FESTIVAL
Once a year you can to participate in the festival beer. Condition of participation is to produce a certain amount of beer.
If you do not fulfilled the conditions of participation occurs significant decrease in the reputation of your breweries.
If you will fulfill the conditions of participation then you can count on pretty big profits.

5. BREWERY - WORKERS
To be able to hire more workers you have to research the next level of staff rooms. Then upgrade it in the "Brewery upgrades".
On competence of crew affect morale and the presence of the Boss in region (+20 to competence). On morale affect salary.
If the "Face" is not happy, this mean that the workers are not satisfied with the salary. The crew requirements on the amount
of salaries change every six months. Significant impact on the quality of beer has competence of your crew and their number.

6. BREWERY - WATER
Water is needed for the production of beer. Best quality water comes from deep wells. Water quality is slowly changing.

7. BREWERY - YEAST
Important in the production of beer are yeast. The life cycle of yeast has influence on their quality. The cycle changes on
the day when they are used for production. The best yeast originate from the cycle from 5 to 8.
With each change of the cycle there is a risk on reset the cycles (starts from 1 cycle).

8. BREWERY - SILOS
In the silos, You store the most important resources (barley and hops). Here You can buy, sell or transport to other
breweries or plantations.

9. BREWERY - MALT-HOUSE
Beer production process begins in malt-house. In the mash tubs You produce the barley malt. To start production select
the tank and then choose the recipe and set the quantity of barley. The amount of produced barley malt (and the amount of
the final product) depends of the recipe.

10. BREWERY - BREWHOUSE
In the wort kettle You can produce the wort using a barley malt, hops and water. It is important to control kettles
capacity because at this stage of production are adding a significant amount of water. Please also note that,
You have to have an adequate amount of hop. Otherwise, the entire production will be lost.

11. BREWERY - STORAGE CELLAR
In fermentation tanks, the wort with added yeast ferment to final product - THE BEER. After fermentation You have 2 weeks
to bottling the beer.

12. BREWERY - BOTTLING PLANT
To increase the efficiency of the bottling plant You must research of the upgrade possibility and then upgrade suitable
part of the bottling plant.

13. BREWERY - STORAGE
You can store here the empty containers and the goods. Please note that in one sector can store one type of beer of
certain quality.

14. PLANTATION - MACHINE PARK
In the machine park You can buy machines needed on the plantation. Here You can also upgrade the machines.
Each machine has a
specified performance which depends the duration of the perform of works on the plantation.

15. PLANTATION - WORKERS
Workers competence has significant influence on time of work on the plantation.

16. PLANTATION - AREAS
Darker ground means that soil is more fertile. Fertility of soil significantly affects the harvests yield. The most fertile soil is
near the river. There, with time the areas become unavailable. You have to build roads, because you can cultivate the barley
and hops only in areas with access to the road (the area with the road or adjacent).

17. PLANTATION - BUILD ROAD
To start the construction of roads, select the area where you want build a road and tap "Set Area". You also need to assign
the crew.
To build roads in one area You need one worker and one bulldozer. If You want to build simultaneously on more
areas You should be
assigned to a correspondingly larger number of crew (workers and dozers).

18. PLANTATION - PLOW FIELDS
To start cultivation of barley or hops you must first plow the field. Proceeds as in the case of road construction
(mark the corresponding area and assign the crew). To plow one area you need: One worker, A tractor and a plow.
You can plow only on the area where is the acces to the road. The unused plowed field dissapear after few months.

19. PLANTATION - SOW BARLEY
To sow one area you need: 1 worker, 1 tractor and 1 seeding machine.
You also need 150kg. of barley for each area (suitable quantity should be in silo on the plantation).
You can sow barley only in a specific period.

20. PLANTATION - HARVEST BARLEY
To harvest at one area you need: 1 worker, 1 tractor and a harvester.
In silos must be sufficient space. Harvest is performed in a specified period.

21. PLANTATION - BUILD HOP FRAME
Before the planting hops, you must build frames on plowed field.
To build a frame on one area you need: One worker and one tractor.

22. PLANTATION - PLANTING HOPS
You can plant hops in areas where you before built the frames.
To plant on one area you need: one worker and one tractor.
Hops can be planted only in a specified period.

23. PLANTATION - HARVEST HOPS
To harvest at one area you need: 1 worker, 1 tractor, 1 hop harvester.
In silos must be sufficient space. Harvest is performed in a specified period.
After collecting the hops in the next season, you do not have to plant again (except destroyed crops).
Once planted hops growing for 4 years. The older the crop the yields are higher.

24. PLANTATION - ASSIGNED CREW
If you lack the workers or machines to perform a task, check assigned crew to other tasks. The crew automatically
should unassign from the task. If dont, You can do it self. If You lack the room for workers or room in the machine park
should be carried out necessary research and upgrade the base.

25. PLANTATION - SILOS
Here You can sell or transport barley or hops to breweries.

26. OFFICE - RESEARCH
The researches is divided into three types (mechanical, construction and biological). Choose the research and
next choose the institute. Selection of appropriate researches from the beginning of the game can have a significant impact
on the game. (Hint: at the beginning I recommend to research "Brewery - staff rooms").

27. OFFICE - BANK
If the money runs out, You can take a loan. You can have up to three loans.

28. OFFICE - DONATIONS / CHARITY
To repair the reputation of the brewery, you can give part of your funds for various purposes. Every next payment
is higher. Paying money for the specific purpose brings us closer to the bonus (shown is pint and the symbols).
If the pint is on the specific symbol then the bonus is active.
Bonuses:
    Sport - Regions requires lower reputation of the brewery.
    Science - Research time reduced by 30%
    Ecology - Higher yields by 30% .
